During the event known as the III Learning Outcomes Research Meeting, participants had the opportunity to contextualize the issues within organizational environments, comprehend the specific needs and challenges faced by companies, and propose innovative and effective solutions.

The Business Administration program at the University of Cauca held the III Learning Outcomes Research Meeting on November 22nd. It was an academic dialogue space that allowed feedback for students in administration, providing insights into the knowledge acquired throughout the research process. The event promoted knowledge exchange, collaborative learning, and recognition of students' achievements in the field of research.

According to Elizabeth Toro Chalá, a professor in the Business Administration program, the goal is to strengthen the training process for courses such as Research Methodology I, Research Methodology II, elective courses like Data Science applied to Administration, and Scientometrics.

During the event, targeted at students, teachers, and visitors, scientific posters were presented, succinctly communicating the learning outcomes from the research processes conducted by the students. "The dissemination of knowledge through posters highlights the main points of the research work, fostering interactions and dialogues among attendees."

Moreover, the event provides participants with the opportunity to contextualize the issues within organizational environments, understand the specific needs and challenges faced by companies, and propose innovative and effective solutions.

"The III Research Results Meeting is a unique platform for developing research competencies for future administrators, addressing organizational context issues, and improving communication skills. It's an opportunity to share knowledge, learn from other researchers and experts, and contribute to advancing research in the business field," highlights Professor Elizabeth Toro Chalá.

The Learning Outcomes Research Meeting unfolds through several phases, including issuing the call for proposals, receiving submissions, creating videos, and presenting posters where directors, teachers, students, and the general public act as peer reviewers for the proposals presented.
